We look to our staff before implementing changes, and see our administrative support team as a "support team" to help you provide the best care you are able to give. Note that opportunities for employment are competitive and we base our selection on a collection of background checks, reference checks, communication abilities, personal appearance, character, telephone conversations, and interviewing skills. We offer and will pay for additional training when needed for skills of direct care as well as classes that will enable you to better serve our clients.
