Michael Miller, the AM Scheduling Coordinator, has been able to get to know the clients’ needs, as well as continually supporting our caregivers with any questions or concerns that come up prior to, during and after their caregiving shift. He is pleasantly surprised he’s been able to get to know the team of caregivers and clients in the depth that he has.
